Pomegranate, Green beans, Pickled onion, Walnuts

String beans in Caucasian style

Green beans with pickled onions, nuts and pomegranate.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • green beans - 500 g
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp. l.
  • pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp
  • cilantro - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Boil beans until tender in salted water.

Step 2

Cut the onion into half rings, sprinkle with vinegar, salt, pepper, leave for 10 minutes. Finely chop the greens. Combine beans, onions, cilantro, pour over with oil, leave for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Arrange the beans on plates, sprinkle with nuts and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy your meal!
