Steamed flounder
Ingredients
Servings 1- flounder fish - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil for lubrication
- sprig of dill
- salt
- lemon juice
- spices
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the flounder, gut it, cut off the fins. If you do not like the smell of flounder, then you need to remove the upper dark skin.
Step 2
Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Pour into a container for steaming. Sprinkle black pepper and thyme on top.
Step 4
Steam for 15 minutes.
