Spring salad
Ingredients
Servings 1- iceberg lettuce - 40 gr
- fresh tomatoes - 40 gr
- avocado - 40 g
- carrots - 20 gr
- cauliflower - 10 gr
- root leaves - 5 gr
- pepper sauce - 30 gr
- poached eggs - 1 pc.
Cooking
Step 1
Cut carrots and cauliflower into slices.
Step 2
Grill avocado.
Step 3
Mix iceberg lettuce with pepper sauce. Put in a deep dish.
Step 4
Place the rest of the ingredients on top of the salad. Drizzle with olive oil and lay out the poached egg.
