Spring salad

Ingredients

  • iceberg lettuce - 40 gr
  • fresh tomatoes - 40 gr
  • avocado - 40 g
  • carrots - 20 gr
  • cauliflower - 10 gr
  • root leaves - 5 gr
  • pepper sauce - 30 gr
  • poached eggs - 1 pc.

Cooking

Step 1

Cut carrots and cauliflower into slices.

Step 2

Grill avocado.

Step 3

Mix iceberg lettuce with pepper sauce. Put in a deep dish.

Step 4

Place the rest of the ingredients on top of the salad. Drizzle with olive oil and lay out the poached egg.
