Spring Breeze
Light refreshing spring lemonade. The word "breeze" in the name - from the classic cocktail
"Sea Breeze" based on vodka with grapefruit juice and cranberry juice.
Ingredients
Servings 1- 25 ml of pear puree
- 50 ml of lingonberry puree
- 70 ml grapefruit soda
- figs with mango mousse and grapefruit peel for decoration
Cooking
Step 1
For grapefruit soda, mix 300ml grapefruit juice, 70ml simple sugar syrup, 30ml lemon juice and 300ml soda (mineral water), pour into a siphon and aerate with a soda can.
Step 2
Pour all ingredients into a chilled highball glass, add rusco ice, stir, top with crushed ice, garnish with figs with mousse and zest.
