Spicy sweet pork ribs

Slightly sweet, slightly spicy pork ribs literally melt in your mouth. Eat with your hands and lick your fingers.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • pork ribs 2 kg
  • soy sauce 0.5 tbsp.
  • tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
  • cane sugar 2 tbsp. l.
  • lime juice 2 tbsp. l.
  • applesauce 4 tbsp. l.
  • whiskey 50 ml
  • coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • carnation inflorescences 6 pcs.
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • savory 3 tsp
  • aniseed 2 h. l.
  • ground paprika 3 tsp
  • ground chili 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper 0.5 tsp
  • garlic 6 pcs.

Cooking

Step 1

Grind whole spices and garlic. Mix all ingredients. Marinate the ribs. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 2

Grill over coals. The heat should not be strong, as sugar caramelizes very quickly. Flip to bake evenly.
