Spicy sweet pork ribs
Slightly sweet, slightly spicy pork ribs literally melt in your mouth. Eat with your hands and lick your fingers.
Ingredients
Servings 4- pork ribs 2 kg
- soy sauce 0.5 tbsp.
- tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- cane sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- lime juice 2 tbsp. l.
- applesauce 4 tbsp. l.
- whiskey 50 ml
- coriander seeds 2 tsp
- carnation inflorescences 6 pcs.
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- savory 3 tsp
- aniseed 2 h. l.
- ground paprika 3 tsp
- ground chili 0.5 tsp
- black pepper 0.5 tsp
- garlic 6 pcs.
Cooking
Step 1
Grind whole spices and garlic. Mix all ingredients. Marinate the ribs. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Grill over coals. The heat should not be strong, as sugar caramelizes very quickly. Flip to bake evenly.
