Spicy salmon with peas
Delicate salmon with a crispy crust and sweet pea garnish will give you an indescribable sensation of taste. This amount of ingredients makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
Servings 2- baguette - 1/2 pc.
- parsley - 5 sprigs
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- salmon - 300-400 g
- mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
- green peas - 8 tbsp. l.
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- coarse grain mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt, pepper to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Drizzle bread and parsley with olive oil for breading and grind with a blender.
Step 2
Salmon, salt, pepper, grease with mustard and cover with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Bake salmon for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Step 4
For a side dish, steam green peas, or boil them in hot water according to the instructions on the package.
Step 5
Red onion cut into feathers. For dressing, mix coarse mustard, olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 6
