Spicy marinade for chicken or pork
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 glass of ketchup
- ¼ cup hot chili sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 st. l. lemon juice
- 1 Art. l. brown sugar

Step 1
Finely chop the garlic or grate it on a fine grater. Mix the marinade ingredients, lay out the prepared pork or chicken meat. Marinate chicken from 10 minutes warm to 12 hours in the refrigerator, meat - from 3 to 24 hours.
