Broccoli, Chicken breast, Green beans

Spicy chicken with vegetables and peanuts

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 tsp Thai green curry paste
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • soy sauce
  • 200 g frozen green beans
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • 1 handful of unroasted peanuts
  • garlic - 1 clove

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the breast into thin strips, put in a bowl. Add soy sauce, finely chopped garlic and curry paste, mix, leave for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Pour boiling water over the beans, drain in a colander.

Step 3

Divide broccoli into florets.

Step 4

Fry chicken strips in hot vegetable oil for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and beans, after 3 minutes. - peanuts, cook, stirring, 2 more minutes. Serve hot with boiled rice.
