Sorrel salad with tomatoes
A bright summer salad is pleasantly pleasing to the eye, a pleasant sourness from sorrel and a little bitterness in the dressing, such a salad diversifies the country menu.
Ingredients
Servings 4- sorrel 200 g
- tomatoes 200 g
- pine nuts 1 tbsp
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- garlic 1 pc.
- mustard 1/2 tsp.
- salt
- pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Cut off the stems of the sorrel, cut the leaves into strips and put them in a salad bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with nuts.
Step 2
For dressing, mix oil, mustard, crushed garlic. Salt, pepper. Mix.
Step 3
