Snooty
Combines the bitterness of Campari, the strength of gin, the almond flavor of Amaretto and the freshness of grapefruit. Served with homemade meringue and powdered tea rose petals.
Ingredients
Servings 1- 30 g of gin
- 10 g of campari
- 15 g amaretto
- 30 g grapefruit juice
- 10 g lemon juice
- 10 g sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 homemade meringue
Cooking
Step 1
Take an egg and separate the white from the yolk. Pour the protein into a shaker.
Step 2
Add gin, campari, amareto, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker. Shake vigorously.
Step 3
Take a cocktail glass and pour your drink into it. Wait until the protein foam rises.
Step 4
Top with meringue
