Singapore noodles with vegetables

Ingredients

  • rice noodles - 180 g
  • bakchoy salad - 100 g
  • soy sprouts - 60 g
  • boiled shiitake mushrooms - 40 g
  • green onion - 60 g
  • curry paste - 60 g

Cooking

Step 1

Soak the noodles for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Lettuce leaves, soy sprouts and green onions fry in curry paste.

Step 4

Add the soaked noodles and mushrooms to the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
