Singapore noodles with vegetables
Ingredients
Servings 2- rice noodles - 180 g
- bakchoy salad - 100 g
- soy sprouts - 60 g
- boiled shiitake mushrooms - 40 g
- green onion - 60 g
- curry paste - 60 g
Cooking
Step 1
Soak the noodles for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Lettuce leaves, soy sprouts and green onions fry in curry paste.
Step 4
Add the soaked noodles and mushrooms to the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
