Shrimp stewed in tequila with tamarin

Ingredients

  • tiger shrimps - 120 g
  • bell pepper - 50 g
  • onion - 30 g
  • garlic - 10 g
  • tomato sauce - 50 g
  • jalapeño - 5 g
  • cactus - 20 g
  • tequila - 50 years
  • rice - 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Peel tiger prawns and marinate in tomato sauce, garlic and black pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Shrimps fry in olive oil. Add chopped pepper, onion and cactus. Add jalapeno. Pour in the tequila and ignite. Add tomato sauce.

Step 3

Serve with boiled rice. Decorate with cilantro.
