Scrambled with fried potatoes and herbs

Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • green onion - 50 g
  • dill - 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boiled potatoes cut into cubes and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Next, break 2 eggs into a bowl and shake well, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Pour the resulting mass into a pan with potatoes and fry over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Before serving, add chopped greens and mix again. Ready breakfast can be served with toast.
