Sausage and egg sandwich
Ingredients
- sesame bread - 2 slices
- sausage - 1 pc.
- egg - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 1 h. l.
- ground paprika - 1 sp.
- lettuce
- salt - to taste
- butter (vegetable) oil - for frying
Cooking
Step 1
Put the sausage between the sticks and cut into equal segments. Sticks will help not to cut through the sausage. Secure sausages with wooden skewers or toothpicks.
Step 2
Release the egg into a bowl, add sour cream (mayonnaise), paprika, salt and beat well.
Step 3
Fry the sausages on one side in a frying pan with warm vegetable oil, turn over, pour over the egg mixture and bring to readiness.
Step 4
Lay: bread, lettuce, sausage with egg, lettuce, bread. Enjoy your meal!
