Sauerkraut salad
Ingredients
Servings 4- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 boiled beetroot
- 1 red onion
- 1 large apple
- vegetable oil
Cooking
Step 1
Squeeze the cabbage from the brine. If it is chopped into very long strips, cut them into 3-4 pieces. Peel beets and apples, grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings.
Step 2
Mix cabbage, beets, apple and onion in a bowl.
Step 3
Fill with oil and mix.
