Sandwiches with sprat and herring, like on Deribasovskaya
The idea to give a name to the dish arose thanks to the main attraction of the city of Odessa - Deribasovskaya street.
Ingredients
Servings 1- black bread 2 pcs.
- herring fillet 50 g
- sprat 50 g
- aromatic oil 5-10 g
- cucumbers 30 g
- boiled egg 1 pc.
- dill 2 g
- onion 2 g
- mustard 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Black bread (2 slices) fry in fragrant oil until a crispy crust appears on the office. Brush with mustard after frying.
Step 2
Serving: Put the egg and cucumbers on black bread. Put sprat and herring on top (sprat and herring should be lightly salted). To decorate the dish, you will need dill and onions.
