Sandwich with tuna
Low calorie and affordable food.
Ingredients
- canned tuna in own juice - 2 cans
- light mayonnaise - ¼ g
- grainy mustard - 2 tbsp. l.
- green onion - 1 bunch
- sweet red onion - 1 head
- celery - 1 stalk
- green apples - 1 pc.
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- chicken egg (large) - 2 pcs.
- green salad - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Any bread you like: ciabatta, baguette, black, Borodino. It is best to fry it a little without oil or make toast.
Step 2
Drain the tuna, finely chop and mix all the ingredients.
Step 3
Put on toast, decorated with lettuce, cover with a second piece of bread.
