Sandwich with pea puree and smoked meats

Good afternoon! I present to your attention a sandwich with mashed young peas with smoked meats.

Ingredients

Servings 2
  • bread "Bread House HERCULES" - 2 slices
  • frozen young green peas - 300 g
  • radish - 2 pcs.
  • Raw-smoked pork neck (jamon or s / c bacon) - 2 slices
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt, black pepper
  • parsley - for decoration 1 sprig

Cooking

Step 1

Fry the slices of bread until golden brown in a pan without oil.

Step 2

Put the peas in boiling salted water, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Drain the water from the peas, add garlic to the mass and chop with a blender until a thick "paste" is formed.

Step 4

We assemble the sandwich: spread bread with pea paste, decorate with radishes, cut into rings, smoked meats, parsley and whole peas.
