Sandwich with eggplant and ricotta
Sandwich without bread!
Ingredients
Servings 4- eggplant - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- ricotta - 250 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill - 2 sprigs
- green onion - 2 feathers
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l. for frying
Cooking
Step 1
Grill the aubergines cut into longitudinal rings.
Step 2
Bulgarian pepper cut into 4-6 pieces and also grilled, peel the skin.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices and also fry on the grill.
Step 4
Mix ricotta with minced garlic, finely chopped dill and green onion, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Assemble the sandwiches, brushing each layer with ricotta "cream". The first and last layer is eggplant. Enjoy your meal!
