Sandwich with chicken fillet and mushrooms
Ingredients
Servings 2- chicken fillet 1 pc.
- champignon mushrooms 4-6 pcs medium
- pesto sauce (ready) - 2 tbsp. l. (with a slide)
- whole grain bread - 2 slices (large)
- cherry tomatoes (colorful) - 6 pcs
- dill for decoration
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Cooking
Step 1
Fry the chicken fillet in olive oil, salt, bring to readiness, thinly slice.
Step 2
Mushrooms - wash, chop, fry.
Step 3
Fry the bread in olive oil. Cherry cut into quarters. Spread the bread with Pesto sauce, then lay out, alternating, chopped fillet with mushrooms. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and dill.
Step 4
Assemble the sandwich.
