Sandwich with avocado and egg

Great breakfast or as a snack. Delicious, satisfying and healthy.

Ingredients

Servings 2
  • whole grain toast bread - 2 slices
  • avocado - 1/2 pc.
  • curd cheese - 50 g
  • sweet pepper - 1/2 pc.
  • spinach leaves - 10 g
  • red onion - 1/2 pc.
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • fresh cucumber - 1/2 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Grill the bread in a dry frying pan.

Step 2

Brush both slices of bread on one side with cheese.

Step 3

Put sliced \u200b\u200bin slices on one piece - avocado, sweet pepper, cucumber. Top with spinach leaves and red onion rings. Lay the second piece of bread on top with the curd side inside. Top with a spinach leaf, onion rings and a fried egg.

Step 4

Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
