Sandwich "Provence" with fish and pear
Ingredients
- dried fruit bread - 1 slice
- lettuce leaves - 2 leaves
- pear - 2 slices
- cottage cheese / cheese
- honey
- linseeds
- perch (or other white fish) - 1 piece
- spices for fish
- lemon (for fish)
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the fish: season the fish with spices (for example, "Provencal herbs"). Grill (or fry) the fish.
Step 2
Make bread: Cook a slice of bread in a toaster.
Step 3
We spread the sandwich: first, lettuce leaves, a pear on top, cottage cheese / cheese on it - pour all this with honey and sprinkle with seeds. From above we cover everything with fish and pour again with honey.
