Sandwich on grain bread with curd cheese, mixed salad and poached egg
Sandwiches are not always unhealthy fast food. A sandwich can be easy, healthy and, of course, delicious! Definitely delicious! The main thing is to cook it yourself :)
Ingredients
Servings 1- a slice of whole grain bread - 1 pc.
- curd cheese - 1 tbsp. l.
- lettuce mix - 1 handful
- egg - 1 pc.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1 tbsp. l.
- pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 1/2 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
Cooking a poached egg. Pour water into the pan (at least 2 liters), add salt (1 tablespoon) and vinegar (2 tablespoons), bring to a boil. It is important that the water does not boil violently, otherwise the protein will separate and the poach will not work. Pour each egg into individual cups. The water boils - we begin to stir intensively in a circle to make a funnel, and carefully pour the egg into this funnel. You need to cook poached for 3 minutes. Then we take out the egg with a slotted spoon and put it on a paper towel so that the excess water is absorbed.
Step 2
Take a slice of whole grain bread. It can be dried a little in a pan, I never do this. We spread curd cheese on bread, put a mix of lettuce leaves on top, sprinkle with olive oil.
Step 3
Carefully spread the poach on the leaves. Salt and pepper the egg. Ready!
