Sandwich "Hot Brown"
Delicious, hearty, hearty sandwich! I recommend.
Ingredients
Servings 2- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour (2 tablespoons without a slide)
- 240 ml cream
- 1/4 cup of grated hard Parmesan type cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 slices soft toast bread
- 400 g baked turkey breast
- 2 small tomatoes
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp. grated hard cheese
- a few sprigs of parsley
- paprika to taste
Cooking
Step 1
We prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
We're preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, whisking constantly, for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the cream in a thin stream, continuing to stir the sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about two minutes. The finished sauce should have the consistency of semolina porridge of medium density. Take the sauce off the heat and add the cheese to it. Mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
In individual small cast-iron or refractory ceramic pans, put a slice of bread dried in a toaster.
Step 5
Lay the turkey breast slices on top. Cut the tomatoes in half and place on the sides of the sandwich.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over everything and put in the oven under the grill for 6 minutes, until the sauce is browned.
Step 7
After the "readiness" of the sauce, we take out future sandwiches.
Step 8
Meanwhile, place the bacon slices in a cold skillet and place over medium-high heat.
Step 9
Cook bacon for 4 minutes, from a dry, crispy state. Drain bacon on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Step 10
Remove the pans with sandwiches from the oven, place two slices of bacon crosswise on top of each sandwich, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, paprika and finely chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
