Salmon sandwich
Ingredients
Servings 1 portion- salt
- salmon or salmon (fillet) - 200 g
- zest of 0.5 lemon
- capers
- a pinch of white pepper
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 100 g leeks, white part only
- 40 g olive oil
- mayonnaise
- bread for toast
- 1 sprig of green basil
Cooking
Step 1
Leek cut into thin strips. Finely chop the salmon fillet with a knife. Put the leek and salmon into the oil heated in a frying pan, add the capers and finely chopped zest and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the wine. Cook until the wine has completely evaporated. Place mince in a bowl, let cool. Add mayonnaise, salt and white pepper. Make a three-layer sandwich, garnish with basil.
