Salmon rolls with zucchini

Having spent quite a bit of time, you will get an original snack for any holiday table. Salmon rolls with zucchini are prepared simply and quickly. Another very quick recipe for your zucchini dishes.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 400 g salmon fillet in one piece
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh herbs for serving

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat oven to 170°C. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin layers, salt, pepper, brush with oil.

Step 2

With the same thin slices, but a little shorter, cut the salmon fillet, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Lay each piece of fish on a layer of zucchini, roll up and chop with a skewer.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the rolls and bake for 10 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with greens.
