Salmon ceviche with cucumber

Ingredients

  • fresh salmon - 100g
  • soy sauce - 30 ml
  • lime juice - 10 ml
  • cucumber - 100g
  • mango - 60g
  • orange juice - 500 ml
  • starch - 5-7g
  • small chili pepper - 2 pcs

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet, remove the bones. Cut into slices. Then marinate salmon in soy sauce and lime juice for two minutes.

Step 2

Cut cucumber and mango into thin slices.

Step 3

Evaporate orange juice with chili pepper so that the juice becomes 3 times less. Take out the pepper. Drizzle sauce with starch until thick.

Step 4

Arrange cucumber and mango on a plate. Put salmon on top. Drizzle with orange sauce.
