Salad with king crab, avocado and mango with banana yuzu sauce

  • Thai mango 1 pc.
  • cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
  • ripe avocado 1 pc.
  • the first phalanx of crab 160 g
  • dried banana 2 pcs.
  • orange juice 100 ml
  • soy sauce 30 ml

Cooking

Step 1

Shred the crabmeat. Slice the cucumber, mango and avocado into slices. Put on a plate with crab meat.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour the sauce over the dish.
