Salad with king crab, avocado and mango with banana yuzu sauce
Ingredients
Servings 4- Thai mango 1 pc.
- cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
- ripe avocado 1 pc.
- the first phalanx of crab 160 g
- dried banana 2 pcs.
- orange juice 100 ml
- soy sauce 30 ml

Step 1
Shred the crabmeat. Slice the cucumber, mango and avocado into slices. Put on a plate with crab meat.
