Salad with crab

Ingredients

  • bell pepper - 20 g
  • avocado - 15 g
  • wasabi sauce - 25 g
  • Romano salad - 20 g
  • lime - 30 g
  • bamboo leaf - 1 pc.
  • tobiko caviar - 5 g
  • basil oil - 5 g
  • cucumber deluxe - 25 g
  • crab meat - 35 g
  • condensed milk - 27 g
  • wasabi horseradish - 13 g
  • Japanese mayonnaise - 68 g

Cooking

Step 1

Mix condensed milk, horseradish and mayonnaise to a sauce state.

Step 2

Pepper, avocado, lettuce, cucumber cut into small cubes, add tobiko caviar, wasabi sauce and mix.

Step 3

Put a bamboo leaf on the bottom of the plate. Lay lettuce on top of the sheet. Put the crabmeat on top of the salad. Garnish with a lime wedge and basil oil.
