Salad with crab
Ingredients
Servings 1- bell pepper - 20 g
- avocado - 15 g
- wasabi sauce - 25 g
- Romano salad - 20 g
- lime - 30 g
- bamboo leaf - 1 pc.
- tobiko caviar - 5 g
- basil oil - 5 g
- cucumber deluxe - 25 g
- crab meat - 35 g
- condensed milk - 27 g
- wasabi horseradish - 13 g
- Japanese mayonnaise - 68 g
Cooking
Step 1
Mix condensed milk, horseradish and mayonnaise to a sauce state.
Step 2
Pepper, avocado, lettuce, cucumber cut into small cubes, add tobiko caviar, wasabi sauce and mix.
Step 3
Put a bamboo leaf on the bottom of the plate. Lay lettuce on top of the sheet. Put the crabmeat on top of the salad. Garnish with a lime wedge and basil oil.
