Salad with chickpeas and raisins

Ingredients

  • boiled chickpeas - 500 g
  • light raisins - 100 g
  • onion - 1 pc. medium size
  • cilantro - 1 medium bunch
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1/3 tsp. l.
  • salt - to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper - to taste
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the onion into thin half rings, add sugar, salt, freshly ground pepper, vinegar, mix, leave for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add raisins, onions, finely chopped cilantro to boiled chickpeas, mix, season with olive oil. Before serving, it is good to let stand for a little, 15-30 minutes.
