Salad with beef tongue, arugula and pine nuts

The salad is very juicy and bright.

Ingredients

  • arugula - 1 pc.
  • boiled beef tongue - 200 g
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pc.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • boiled egg - 2 pcs.
  • pine nuts - 40 g
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Boiled tongue, sweet red pepper, cucumber - cut into strips, boiled egg - into cubes. Add arugula.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil with Dijon mustard, add mayonnaise, salt to taste.

Step 3

Dress salad with prepared dressing. Sprinkle top with pine nuts.
