Salad with beef
The beef salad is great. It can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only difference will be in the accompaniment of the dish.
Ingredients
Servings 1- beef tenderloin 60 g
- soy sauce 60 g
- honey 60 g
- lime juice 10 g
- Dijon mustard 20 g
- Swiss chard 5 g
- truffle oil 3 g
- olive oil 15 g
- salt 1 g
- pepper 1 g
- mixed salad 50 g
- cucumbers 50 g
Cooking
Step 1
In a hot frying pan, fry the beef until cooked, cool, cut into slices. Cut fresh cucumbers into strips.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lime juice.
Step 3
Put the salad mix on a plate, season with olive and truffle oil, salt and pepper. Top with fresh cucumber slices and chard leaves. Lay out the pieces of beef and season with honey-mustard dressing.
