Strawberry, Raspberry, Currant, Fig, Passion fruit

Salad of exotic fruits and garden berries

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • bitter chocolate
  • sugar to taste
  • 100 g red currant
  • 50 g vegetable cream
  • 400 g raspberries
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 4 figs
  • 50 ml dry white wine

Cooking

Step 1

Sort all the fruits, wash, dry. Cut passionfruit in half, figs in quarters. Melt chocolate in a water bath, add cream, beat lightly. Put the chocolate mixture on plates, on top of it on each plate put half a passion fruit, 3 pieces of figs, 2 sprigs of currants, a few strawberries and raspberries. Drizzle with wine, sprinkle lightly with sugar to taste. Submit immediately.
