Salad of cabbage and young zucchini

Light, juicy and delicious salad!

Ingredients

  • young cabbage 200 g
  • young zucchini 1 pc.
  • green onion 1 pc.
  • mint 1 pc.
  • pepper
  • sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
  • sugar 0.5 h. l.
  • salt 1 pinch

Cooking

Step 1

Cut a young zucchini into small strips. Salt a little and leave for 10-15 minutes. Juice will stand out, drain it.

Step 2

Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and knead a little with your fingers.

Step 3

Connect cabbage and zucchini together. Add chopped onion and mint. Add lemon juice, salt and sunflower oil to taste. Mix carefully.
