Cooking
Step 1
Melt sugar, butter, chocolate. Cool down. Add the egg, beat with a mixer on low speed, about 30 seconds. In a separate container, mix flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, cocoa, cinnamon. Then gradually pour in the chocolate mixture. Knead the dough. Form into a ball, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Next, roll out the dough about 1 cm thick. Cut out the figures. It is better to bake on a wire rack covered with parchment at 140 degrees for about 10 minutes.
