Rollo-Breakfast for Beloved
To cook breakfast spontaneously for the Beloved - isn't that Pleasure. Cook with Love.
Ingredients
Servings 2- sheets of dried seaweed (nori) for rolls - 2 pcs.
- rice - 1/2 tbsp.
- salted salmon fillet, cold-cooked mackerel, crab sticks, salted herring - stuffing for rolls (to taste) - 100 g each
- eggs for omelet (for rolls) - 2 pcs.
- cucumber, avocado (stuffing for rolls) - 1 pc.
- mascarpone - 100 g
- horseradish and pickled cucumber (grated) - to taste
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- red caviar - for topping
Cooking
Step 1
Boil rice for rolls. Beat the eggs and fry a thin omelet. Cover with a lid so it doesn't dry out. Cut the fish, crab sticks, cucumber and avocado into long strips (sprinkle everything with lemon juice). Mascarpone divided into 2 parts and mixed separately with grated horseradish and grated pickles (to taste).
Step 2
Twist rolls from sheets of dried seaweed and rice with various fillings - fish, crab sticks, cucumbers; mascarpone with filling (it is convenient to use a pastry bag).
Step 3
Roll egg omelet rolls in the same way (instead of nori sheets).
Step 4
Decorate all rolls with red caviar on top.
Step 5
Important(!): Serve your Beloved in bed with traditional morning coffee, sweetened with mini marshmallows and warmed cream.
Step 6
Very important (!): do not forget a bouquet of fresh flowers (miniature).
