Roll "Raspberry ringing"
Ingredients
Servings 4- egg - 4 pcs.
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- fresh-frozen raspberries - 1.5 tbsp.
- powdered sugar - for sprinkling
Cooking
Step 1
Whisk eggs with 1/2 tbsp. sugar, add sifted flour with baking powder.
Step 2
Pour batter onto greased baking paper. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked.
Step 3
Roll the baked cake into a roll, let cool.
Step 4
Mix raspberries with sugar. Unroll the roll, lay out the filling, roll up again into a roll. Decorate with raspberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
