Rice with vegetables

A hearty dish for vegetarians and fasting people.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • rice mix - 1 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • champignons - 500 g
  • green peas - 100 g
  • broccoli - 200 g
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Onion cut into cubes, mushrooms - plates. Fry the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until the mushrooms are soft.

Step 2

Add rice, stir and cook for 1 minute to soak rice in oil. Pour in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until almost all the liquid has evaporated.

Step 3

Add the green peas and broccoli, season to taste and cook until the rice is tender, 5 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
