Rice soup with duck

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • water - 2.5 l
  • duck leg - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • bulb - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • green
  • rice - 1/2 tbsp.

Cooking

Step 1

Wash the duck legs, put in a pot of water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and simmer for 40 minutes.

Step 2

While soup is cooking, peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion. Cut carrots and potatoes into strips.

Step 3

Put the soup chopped potatoes, carrots and cook for another 25 minutes.

Step 4

Then add the washed rice, onion and cook the soup over low heat until the rice is ready. Before serving, add finely chopped greens.
