Ratatouille with grapes

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • potato
  • apple
  • 1 sprig of parsley,
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • 2 bunches of white grapes
  • onion - 1 onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • medium sized tomato
  • 3 zucchini
  • tarragon, marjoram

Cooking

Step 1

Peel vegetables, cut into pieces. Wash grapes, dry. Peel the apple and cut into 4 pieces. Finely chop the greens.

Step 2

Put vegetables, grapes and an apple in a baking dish, add a mixture of herbs.

Step 3

Pour in the oil and half a glass of water. Salt, pepper, cover and cook for 1.5 hours in the oven at 200°C, adding a little hot water if necessary. Serve hot.
