Radish and carrot salad
It's not just a radish salad - it's a mega crunch! And what a joyful and bright color this dish has, it's time to cook it from young vegetables.
Ingredients
Servings 6- 250 g of radish
- 4 large carrots
- a small bunch of parsley
- 2 cm ginger root
- 2 Art. l. rice vinegar
- 1 st. l. soy sauce
- 2 h. l. Teddy bear
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 Art. l. olive oil
- ¼ h. l. year
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater. Combine ginger, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, oil, garlic powder and salt and beat well.
Step 2
Peel carrots and radishes and cut into thin strips, it is convenient to do this with a food processor or a special grater attachment. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
Step 3
Combine vegetables, parsley and dressing and let sit for 15 minutes.
