Quick roast beef
Fried ground beef and vegetables, Worcestershire sauce gives a special piquancy here.
Ingredients
Servings 4- minced beef - 500 g
- thyme - 2 sprigs
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- celery - 3 stalks
- rosemary - a couple of sprigs
- garlic - 4 teeth
- Worcester sauce - 6 tbsp. l.
- parsley
- salt pepper
- olive oil
Cooking
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frying pan, put the minced meat. Salt, pepper, add thyme leaves. Fry, stirring and breaking up lumps with a spatula.
Step 2
Chop the onion, carrot and celery in a food processor. When minced meat is browned, add rosemary leaves, Worcestershire sauce, crush garlic. After a couple of minutes, add vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring.
Step 3
Add chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
