Quick Potato Curry

Very tasty and fragrant potatoes. It cooks quickly and is also eaten.

Ingredients

  • potatoes 1 kg
  • curry 1 pinch
  • garlic 2 pcs.
  • coconut milk 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt 1 pinch

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into large pieces, boil in salted water, drain the water.

Step 2

In a pan, mix curry with finely chopped garlic, lemon juice and coconut milk, add potatoes and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Step 3

Serve with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
