Quiche with chicken
Ingredients
Servings 4- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 250 g puff pastry
- 1 medium onion
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 220 ml cream 30% fat
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Peel and chop the onion. Cut the bacon into 1 cm cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into 1.5 cm cubes. Put the bacon in a pan, put on medium heat, fat. Add onion and chicken, sauté, stirring, 10 minutes. Remove from heat, salt, pepper and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200'C. Whisk eggs with cream, salt and pepper until smooth.
Step 3
Roll out the whole sheet of dough or cut it into 4 parts, for portion molds. Place the dough in one deep pan or in 4 individual baking pans so that the sides are closed. Prick the dough often with a fork.
Step 4
Spread chicken with bacon and onions on the dough, pour over the egg mixture, garnish with cherry halves.
Step 5
Bake the quiche in the center of the oven until the dough and filling are done, about 30 minutes. Serve hot or chilled.
