Pumpkin-carrot pancakes
Ingredients
Servings 4- Puree "Sunny Duet" from pumpkin and carrots, Bonduelle 720 g
- vegetable oil (for deep frying) 3 tbsp.
- wheat flour 5 tbsp
- chicken egg 2 pcs.
- kefir 1% 1 cup(s)
- raisins 100 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
Defrost puree "Sunny duet".
Step 2
Knead the dough as for ordinary pancakes: from kefir (or milk), flour, baking powder, and eggs. Add carrot-pumpkin puree and raisins to the dough, stir.
Step 3
Bake pancakes, greasing the pan with vegetable oil, frying on both sides.
Step 4
You can serve it with honey, sour cream or cottage cheese.
