Ingredients
Servings 9 pcs- baked pumpkin (pulp) - 100 g
- flour - 90 g
- oatmeal - 50 g
- sugar - 50 g
- honey - 3 tbsp. l.
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.
Step 2
Grind the pumpkin in a puree, add honey, oil, mix. Introduce this mass to the flour. Mix until smooth. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
