Puff pastry cake with apricots

Summer is in full swing. And this is reminded not only by the beautiful sunny weather, but also by a large selection of ripe berries and fruits - it's time to bake a cake with them. Round like the sun, the apricot resembles a celestial body not only in shape and in its golden color. The name apricots comes from the Latin "apricus", which means "sunny", "warmed by the sun". Airy puff pastry, fragrant pieces of apricot and delicate sugar and vanilla powder - a real dream of a sweet tooth!

Ingredients

Servings 4–6
  • yeast puff pastry 1 pc.
  • apricots 1 kg
  • powdered sugar with vanilla 3 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

Roll out the puff pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Step 2

My apricots, remove the stone, cut into cubes. Lay out on the dough. Leave for 15-20 minutes for the dough to rise.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powder to taste.
