Potato wedges with mild sauce
Potato slices baked in spicy breading from a mixture of your favorite spices and herbs. In combination with a refreshing curd sauce with fresh vegetables and garlic, it is a wonderful summer dish.
Ingredients
- potatoes 1 kg
- sweet paprika 1 tsp
- salt 1 pinch
- allspice 1 pinch
- hot red pepper 1 pinch
- 1 tsp. l.
- olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- curd cheese 200 g
- green onion 1 bunch
- garlic 1 pc.
- thyme 1 tsp. l.
- dill 1 bunch(s)
Cooking
Step 1
Wash potatoes, cut into 8 pieces, add spices, dill, garlic, salt.
Step 2
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix cottage cheese, herbs, salt, garlic and spices.
