Potato pancakes with mushrooms
Ingredients
Servings 2- potatoes - 200 g
- fresh mushrooms - 20 g
- green onions - 3 g
- salt - 3 g
- starch - 8 g
- mixture for porcini mushroom broth - 1 g
- vegetable oil - 40 g
Cooking
Step 1
Grate fresh peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and put in a bowl. Add diced mushrooms, finely chopped green onions, mushroom broth mixture, starch, salt. Mix.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into parts and fry in hot vegetable oil in the form of pancakes.
Step 3
Put the finished pancakes on a napkin to remove excess oil.
