Potato casserole with minced chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 kg mashed potatoes
- 500 g minced chicken
- 400 g canned champignons
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 st. l. tomato paste
- 5 st. l. cream
- 1 st. l. mustard
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
- salt pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes. Fry minced meat until half cooked. Add onion and pepper and fry for another 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, cream and mustard. Salt, pepper to taste. Add the mushroom slices and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Put a layer of mashed potatoes in a greased form. Then minced meat filling and again a layer of potatoes.
Step 3
Beat the egg with sour cream and pour over the casserole mixture. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
